Torah Live is privileged to have Rabbi Yitzchak Berkovits as its President. Rabbi Berkovits, who served as the spiritual dean of Yeshivas Aish HaTorah in Jerusalem for sixteen years, currently heads The Center for Jewish Values as well as The Jerusalem Kollel. A big believer in harnessing the power of technology to spread Judaism throughout the world, Rabbi Berkovits has been guiding and encouraging Torah Live from the beginning every step of the way.
Yosef and Edie Davis (Chicago)
For over 40 years, Yosef has been managing various long-term care facilities in Illinois and Ohio. He was the founder and former president of ManagCare, Inc, a healthcare service and management firm in which he has retired from daily operations. He is also an investor in several commercial and residential real estate projects.
Dr. Michael & Linda Elman (Baltimore)
Michael J. Elman, M.D. has practiced ophthalmology for over 30 years, specializing in diseases of the retina and vitreous. Author of more than 200 publications on retinal diseases and surgery, Dr. Elman is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Elman and his wife Linda are actively involved in many community and philanthropic organizations, both in the United States and in Israel. Currently, Dr. Elman is Senior Vice-President for the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, Youth Commissioner for NCSY Atlantic Seaboard Region, and a founding Executive Board member of Agudath Israel of Maryland. With respect to Israel, he is Chairman for OU Israel, a Vice-President of Yeshivat Shaalvim in Israel, a member of the Advisory Committee of Yeshivas Mir Yerushalayim, and a former director on the regional board for AIPAC.

Benjamin Perl MBE (London)
was born in Israel and has lived in London for over 40 years. His business, Sixtrees Ltd., is headquartered in Huntingdon, Cambs, where he became a close personal friend of former Prime Minister Sir John Major. An educational philanthropist and tireless advocate for Jewish education, Benjamin has built over 20 schools in the United Kingdom! Benjamin was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honors in 2010 and is considered the “Secretary of State for Jewish Education” in many circles.
Rabbi Jonathan Sacks (London)
Since stepping down as the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth – a position he served for 22 years between 1991 and 2013 – Rabbi Sacks has held a number of professorships at several academic institutions including Yeshiva University and King’s College London. He currently serves as the Ingeborg and Ira Rennert Global Distinguished Professor at New York University. Rabbi Sacks is an inspiring leader who has been an ambassador of Torah throughout the world.
Jordan Slone (Norfolk, Virginia)
Mr. Slone is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Group International, a diversified real estate investment and financial services company with offices in the United States and Israel and properties in three different countries.
Rabbi Steven Weil (Beverly Hills)
Rabbi Steven Weil is Executive Vice President of the Orthodox Union. He studied at Kerem B’Yavneh and Yeshiva University, concurrently completing his ordination at the Rabbeinu Yitzchak Elchanan Theological Seminary and a Masters in Business Administration from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Rabbi Weil began his career teaching, and then began pulpit work; first at the Young Israel of Oak Park, Michigan and then at Beth Jacob Congregation in Beverly Hills, California.
Rabbi Weil is a popular teacher and lecturer, having delivered invocations for former President Bush and Governor Schwarzenegger, among others. He has served as scholar in residence internationally, and is a passionate advocate for Israel and for Jewish education.
Gary Weiss (Beachwood, Ohio)
Gary Weiss has served as Vice President, Papyrus S.A.M Team, since 2009. He manages all sales and merchant functions for greeting cards and creative products sold to the Schurman Retail Group, which owns and operates Papyrus stores and American Greetings/Carlton stores.
Gary resides in Beachwood, Ohio, with his wife, Hildee, and their five children, Yaffa, Seth, Miriam, Yonatan and Liat. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is active in a number of community organizations.
