Every summer, NCSY brings high school students from across the USA to their popular NCSY Kollel summer program in Israel which combines serious Torah learning with amazing experiences.
Torah Live was honored to be invited to give a series of presentations on current events from a Torah perspective.
Although it's always exciting to meet new students, this presentation was especially unique as one of the Kollel participants had been using Torah Live throughout the school year. Jonathan Malove, a student at Rabbi Alexander S. Gross Hebrew Academy in Miami Beach, Florida (RASG), told Rabbi Roth that his school has a class dedicated to Torah Live and that the presentations have helped him grow tremendously in Torah and mitzvos.

Rabbi Peretz Laine, Jonathan’s teacher at RASG, added, “I really enjoyed using Torah Live in my classroom this year. The courses are very engaging, and my students gained a wealth of information in practical halacha. The program promoted and instilled a sense of independent study in my students' approach to learning, encouraging them to take personal responsibility for their learning as opposed to just being participants or listeners, and it was a real pleasure to see my students take an active interest in their studies. I look forward to seeing the new topics that Torah Live will offer.”
